500 internal server error

Hi

I have seen others post about this, and in most cases 'Dead i' was able to fix it by renaming the .HTACCESS file and removing the dot.
This hasn't worked for me, nor has removing it all together or removing opening blank spaces.
http://perfectsense.x10host.com/services

I'm still getting the internal server error.
Any ideas at all on this?

This is due to your Wordpress permalink settings. If you login to the admin panel, change the Permalink/URL settings to something, and then back to what you had it to, this issue will be resolved.

Seems to work now having tried that. How odd. I have not had that one before :/
