Hi Brian,

it is possible to release the lock on my account? I would like to create with you a picture book, 500 MB is not long, unfortunately. Im from Germany.

You should be aware of this part of the tos specifically for that purpose: "* Personal Image\Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1GB of disk space for images and videos."

Currently your account is not in abidance with the terms for having the 500 Mb restriction removed, see this part posted in the thread: http://x10hosting.com/forums/useful-information/166022-country-restrictions.html

After you put up a website that falls inline with our terms of service and your account is at least 7 days old you may post a support ticket requesting for these limits to be lifted.

There does not seem to be a working website located in your account at this time, until there is the restriction can not be lifted.
