500 Server Error

anyone else unable to access their account today (24th sept 2021). Both my websites are timing out when I try to access them and when I log in to x10 I eventually get a 500 Server Error.
Is it me ?

As far I can see, the x10hosting guys are overhauling their systems currently.

I did the enforced password reset and it worked.
However, each link within the DirectAdmin panel leads to a 500 error and my website is down.

So I guess, anything, we can do at the moment is to be a bit patient.
