503 Service Unavailable error

Hi,

I'm a new user. After installing wordpress script to my new domain, when attempting to open its just returns this error.

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Tried removing website and re-installing multiple times.

I can't find a hosting account linked to your forum account. Please link them by going to "Support" then "Visit Forums" at the top of cPanel.
