508 Error

Today my website has displayed the 508 Insufficient Resource error. My website is Wordpress running the Responsive theme and this problem has only arisen today.
The website does not open and I can't access the WP Admin Dashboard.
Anyone know how to go about fixing this?

Your site seems to be loading fine now. The 508 error is typically because you have either exceeded your maximum CPU usage, RAM usage or process limit.
