508 Resource Limit Is Reached

I got this error message when visiting my site:

"Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later."

I can log into the control panel but if I try to access webmail, same blank page

so I guess I will try again later

Also wondering if this is normal- every time I log in to the control panel, in the message panel I get:

"Your Login Key 'SSOLoginKey65cb5' has been created"

I got that same message, and my website is now unaccesible. And I cannot login to directAdmin

After being out for about 20 minutes it's now working again.

We had to restart the webserver, it was eating all memory for us. Will keep an eye on it so it doesn't occur again.

that message about "Your Login Key 'SSOLoginKey65cb5' has been created"
is normal, thats saved each time you successfully login to directadmin.
it allows your credentials to be used to login to directadmin through the sso page.
