Following this, please run a traceroute to x10Hosting.com via your command prompt/terminal and provide us the output. The command would most like be either `tracert x10hosting.com' or `traceroute x10hosting.com'.

If you can't login your CPanel here (https://x10hosting.com/sso/login) add www do it like this (https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login) We have the same problem a while a go, I found that this is just a DNS error =) putting WWW in the url will fix it =)
My website is back now!Thank you for the message, kudo168. We've made some changes to our web servers to help rule out the cause of this problem. Can you please try to load the site again and let us know how it goes?
