552 disk full error on XO3

I've been receiving this error with both my ftp program and the cpanel file manager this morning. Since my disk usage is nowhere near its quota of 1GB I'd guess the user drive is full or there is some other kind of problem. Could somebody look into it? I deleted some large files to make some space but still got the error when I tried uploading some more files. I notice there is another similar report of this problem made within the last hour, but wanted to let you know it seems it was not an isolated incident.

ALL accounts on x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo3 = (old Level) - IP: 198.91.81.3 ] have this issue right now

"552 Disk full" - or "please upload later" - or "server is running out of disk space" - or "error 28 from storage engine" - or errors like that - are at the server level, indicating that the shared data storage (SAN) partition(s) are full or nearly full or a server read/write-file type of error - which is preventing you from uploading files - or using cPanel - or your site from using a MySQL database - or your script from starting a session
this is a server issue so Admins will need to fix it - your files (data) are NOT the problem and there is nothing you can do but wait

I get this error only when trying to use my FTP client. I can upload from the website just fine..FTP client is configured and connects just fine just can't upload anything. I can download but not upload. Why is this? Server still getting to full?
