"552 Disk full" - or "522 Disk full" - or "please upload later" - or "server is running out of disk space" - or "error 28 from storage engine" - or errors like that - are at the server level, indicating that the shared data storage partition(s) are full or nearly full or a server read/write-file type of error - which is preventing you from uploading files - or using cPanel - or your site from using a MySQL database - or your script from starting a session - this is a server issue so Admins will need to fix it - your files (data) are NOT the problem and there is nothing you can do but wait

I too am getting "552 DISK FULL" errors. This is the 3rd instance of it today. Been occurring for a total(3 instances) of 4 1/2 hours today(10/23) thus far. Info for the support team.

I'm on X05 also. Getting same error. Has been occurring for, going on 18 hours. I'm new customer and am testing X10 services to see if I want to have them as my permanent provider and move to paid service. Experienced 2 outages for greater than 12 hours each in the last 2 weeks. If one has this kind of service at this level how can you feel good about a paid service.

Support, can you tell us how often the free server environment is checked for issues/outages?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the disk on the "xo5" server became full earlier today. This issue has now been resolved, and I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused.

I'm sorry for the issues that have affected your site. Our free hosting service is completely separate to our premium hosting services, and so you wouldn't be able to compare them; free hosting cannot be considered a "free trial" of paid services.

Thank you,
