a 403 Forbidden

I am getting a "a 403 Forbidden error was encountered" in my website. I am not sure why it is doing this issue.

Do you also getting same problem?

Your website's login page looks to be loading here, so it's possible that your connection is being blocked due to your IP address being on a known spam list. If you are using a dynamic IP, this might fix itself once your IP address changes. Additionally, if you are using a proxy or VPN service, please try disabling it.

You might be able to find more information by entering your IP address into http://www.stopforumspam.com/

That said, if this is only happening to some pages on your site but not others, please let me know what URL you're seeing the error at exactly.

Hello. Thank you for the information
Most of the time it is working but there are many times the 403 error shows up.
Using different PC and ISP seems to be working ok. This is sad seems my ISP at home block to many sites. Thanks for the help.
