A Few Small Problems.....

Hi.

I'll be brief as poss here...

1/. my addon domain : www.cowboys-international.co.cc

It's not showing as an add-on in cpanel
I cannot access wesbite via browser.
this is what I get :-

http://www.cowboys-international.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

2/ Cpanel.

My browser shows a 'certificate problem'

In the address bar it is RED and shows 'Certificate Error' and 'Untrusted Certificate'

3/ Forum

I have just tried to post in the forum and got the following :-

mylifestyle, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

1- try deleting your addon domain through cPanel and then add it back again. This might fix any DNS issues.
2- use this login link: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/
3- what forum are you trying to post in?

Thanks for the exxtremely fast reply !....

The addon domain is not showing in cpanel. according to info left hand column addons/subs etc = 0

I have tried to add this again (cowboys-international.co.cc) and got this message :-

Error from park wrapper: cowboys-international.co.cc is already configured.

Is the DNS Still : ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Or has it changed since the move ???

I was trying to post in Free Hosting Forum 'adding new subject' but got that message. However, after posting support request thru my main user panel it has shown up here !!

BTW - by changing the log-in link as u suggested...it worked....no more certificate errors

UPDATE : I have just been into my cpanel and it's now showing that I have a ''Parked Domain'' :-

web.exofire.net

????????

I've got no idea wot that is??? Should I delete or will that FU my hosting account??

Hello,

Try re-adding cowboys-international.co.cc now.

Also go ahead and remove web.exofire.net, not sure were that came from.

Tried adding cowboys-international.co cc to addons but got same message again :-

Can you try again now, your DNS zone didn't remove properly.

I've now been able to add cowboys-international.co.cc back to the addon domains.....thanks.
However......upon trying to access via browser I now get :-

http://www.cowboys-international.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I've flushed DNS and tried again but without luck.

Sorry...........any further instrcutions please ???

Your domain should now be working properly, I am able to view your site. You might need to clear browser cache in order to view it.
