a problem with cpanel

I cannot access to cpanel to login my account. When I tried to connect https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
the page is not available.

Would you mind helping me to fix this problem?

As far as i can see you're not firewalled, can you please try accessing it from a proxy like http://hidemyass.com

did you try to connect https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ ?

I think there is a problem related to x10hosting servers..

or

do you have any idea to repair it?

I assure you there is no problem with the server. I can access it via HTTPS and HTTP just fine. Can you please do a tracert to http://stoli.x10hosting.com

Can you please clear your cache and flush your dns and try again. This is a DNS issue on your end.
