A space upgrade?

Hi I was enticed a long time ago to join x10hosting because people said it was unlimited, however I read that you had to ask for extra space when you were nearing 512mb, which I am right now. I've been a user for longer than a year, which is greater than a the minimum week requirement.

Please upgrade my space to at least 1/2gb or unmetered as you stated before.

We can upgrade your account once you are using at least half of your 512MB limit. Right now, you are using about 110MB.

Hey, for some reason our disk space fluctuates at night (for my time), it drops to 150/110 as you mentioned, but right now it's 273mb - http://prnt.sc/avccex
