Able to log in, but not access /account

I saw " http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/47271-can-t-access-account-panel.html " but that's from the start of the year and it said the issue was resolved, but I'm still getting the problem.

I also can't access rendarin.x10hosting.com. And this may sound stupid, but I can't remember exactly what last I did to my site I was previously using it to test and work on a website before giving it all off to the client to upload to his server, after which I think I purged all the things I uploaded here. But as to exactly what I purged and what exactly I did, I can't recall. Could I have done something wrong before?

According to the information i have, the account doesn't seem to be correctly configured, or even there anymore.

I will move this to level two support for our admins to have a look at for you.

When was the last time you have logged into the forums? I am not seeing account information on your cPanel pop up.

What server were you on?


If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.
