about connection

i applied a free hosting ,finally i received a e-mail,it including server name ,user name,the server name is absolut. i try many times to make connection, but allows show me the information is not connect to server ,host name is not found. can you help me to fix this issue?

after finish application and confirmation. i fill out the everything the FTP tool asked. and then test it or click ok button.it show me like that:
Host name not found: absolut
absolut

• Server Name: absolut
• username:
• pw:

server name should be absolut.x10hosting.com, just the name of the server isn't a valid address.
