about the account

hi. could u please tell me the reasons why my account was suspended? i know some bad people tried to hack my website. I made this website using Wordpress so i dont think i had hacking tools there. Please let me know how i can resolve this or please tell me how i can get all my infos so i could host it on other server

Hello,

I'm the one that suspended the account, and although you may have been hacked which caused it to be marked as having malware on it. In order to protect x10Hosting as a whole and the other users of the service I had no choice but to suspend it.
Your account will be looked into further, until then it will remain suspended pending investigation.

i dont have any malware on my website...u can check it...they reported the website to google and i suppose i know google is not even looking if it is true.
Belive me i dont have malware and help me get the database and the website and i will host it somewhere else if u think im a problem for you

videocha, if there is malware and it really is not your fault(IE you didn't upload it), then i don't see why x10 wouldn't give you your site back after cleaning it up, although i don't know of there policy's on that.

Also that is another point, its important to keep backups of your site in-case something happens to it.
