About the login once every 2 week regulation.

Hi,

Last week i received my first suspension due to not logging into my account.
After knowing about this regulation, I made a note on my board reminding myself to login at least once a week.

I only un-suspended my account myself last week.
Today im suspended again.

I've un-suspended my account. But could you please help me check if is there changes to regulations or that i have lost count of days?
because i remember i last login last week, and its not even 2 weeks yet.

The regulation is still the same.

You need to login to the forums (here) at least once every two weeks. I did check your forum account and prior to today it looks as your last visit was September 2nd. When you do login to the forums you should at least spend a few minutes to ensure that the system sees you as active, especially true if you have set the forum to remember you each time. It is recommended to check News and Announcements and Services Alerts while you are here.

Logging in to cPanel and/or account panel does not count in regards of activity check.

Once you log in to the forums (posting to prove I logged in)

How long until your account is unsuspended? I've cleared my cache and reloaded the page but it still says my account in suspended.

You need to go to your account panel and click unsuspend, it doesn't automatically get unsuspended when you log in to the forums.
Once that is done it usually clears within a few hours.

Edit: looks like your account is unsuspended now.
