Access Denied Unable to establish a PHP session.

I am receiving this error after clicking on PHPMyAdin. I do not understand why.
I have uploaded the latest files in our hosting.

But one issues, Phpmyadmin unable to create username and password for database and database link and screenshots attached.
The database is installed correctly. I would be most grateful for your assistance.

Try changing the theme. phpMyAdmin on the other theme should work.

You need to use the cPanel database wizard to create the database user/password.

Hi energeti,

You have hit your initial disk quota of 512MB, which might be causing this. Please could you either clear some space, or request unmetered disk space, and let me know if you still receive this error message?
