Access Denied when trying to access control panel

I just signed up with x10, and I cannot access the control panel. I logged in, but then immediately got an access denied page.

figured it out.

i eventually got it to work, but I had to sign up using a different email. can you switch me to cpanel x3. my current email being used is phillytemptation@yahoo.com. Also, is it possible to delete my user account under ptnguyen1987@gmail.com, I would like to switch emails since my gmail is my primary email address, but since I still get access dened under it I cannot delete it myself.
