Hello,
My Filezilla app failed.
I don't remember the server/port connecting to the FTP service.
I tested connecting to the x15.x10hosting.com server, to the IP address 198.91.81.15, to ports 21, 22 and 2222.
But the response time is exceeded.
Where can I check the connection parameters to the FTP server?

I use FTP account by default. I try to connect using passive mode and the answer is "The connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity" I try to access my host and there is no connection.

Is it possible that the server is down?

The default account username: 8 characters
Created ftp account username: full email address.

I think I have several access issues.
I can access https://x10hosting.com/login When I click to access the hosting panel, a new window opens with the address https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN but it tells me "The connection has expired".

don't have access to my website. I also don't have an FTP connection.

I've been like this for several days. At first I thought it might be a misconfiguration of the FTP connection. I've also thought that my website has been taken down.

I don't know what the problem might be.

Your IP was blocked for "Failed SSH login"
Do note that SSH is not available with free hosting, this will include SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), you will need to use regular FTP on port 21.

Good afternoon, understood, SSH is not available. After your message I tried to access the hosting via FTP and port 21, and I don't have access.
I've verified that I can't either:
- Access my website via http.
- I also don't have access to my website administration from https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD-LOGIN.
