I'm an old customer of x10hosting. I have never broken a rule or spammed. I have always followed the rules. But now my account is restricted. I am not sure why? The username is welearn2.

Could you please try now? I made a small adjustement that should solve the issue.

The cause is that I can see another, suspended account, that in some ways connect to yours, if you're on a network with shared IP that could be one type of connection for instance.
