Accessing cPanel

cant access cpanel.
I dont know my login information

Your cPanel username is lcses . Your password is whatever you set (which should be the same for the forum and account panel), though if you need to change it, you can do so from via your Account Panel at http://x10hosting.com/control . Be aware that changing the password though that page will also change your forum and account panel password.

Hello, please navigate to http://x10hosting.com/control and login using your forum information and change your account password and see if it let's you login.

Ok go it to work but is there any way that i could possibly reset my whole cpanel or the file manager because i tried to install joomla 1.5 and it wont delte off of my filemanager of the old files. please help thanks!

Hello,

You may request a termination of your account. All you have to do is reply here confirming you've taken any backups of data you require and its okay for me to terminate the account and then you may sign up again.
