Just create a new folder named "public_html" in root dir, and upload your website in this folder. If you don`t have any backup of your website then your data is lost. because x10Hosting don`t have backups of free Accounts. It is your duty to take regular backups

Those daily backups are not per account, it is the whole server.
Which means we do have backups for in case the entire server crashes.

Maybe you should make that clear on the page. Most people assume it means per account.

Backups
As a service we provide free incremental backups that are able to be restored by the user from their cPanel. As of this writing paid hosting gets 4 different restore points per day with over 40 total to go back to, free hosting files are backed up once per month while databases are backed up daily.

Methinks something needs changing

So there are daily backups of MySQL that go back 20 days and are readily retrievable for individual free accounts?
