Account control panel not working

I haven't been able to access my account control panel (cPanel/DirectAdmin) after logging in to my x10Hosting account for a few couple of days now.
When I try to open it, I keep getting an error on https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN "Site can't be reached. x11.x10hosting.com took too long to respond."

I just wanted to find out if anyone else is having the same issue and if this problem is due to the server migration? Does anyone know when the server migration will be finished?

x11 did have a fit earlier today but should be working properly now.
