Account Creation Mess

Hello,

I created an account on monday, and entered all information in the 10 required steps. When I clicked on the confirmation link in the email which was sent to me afterwards, the error occured that my password was part of the accoutname, what is not allowed. So I was redirected to the 10 steps, and changed the password. BUT then the error occoured that my email adress "is not valid" anymore (maybe because it's already in your system?). So I couldn't complete the signup.

Now, when I login with my forum name "villageactiongroup" it says that there is no account linked with it. Could you link it and change my password?

The accountname was "avag" i think.

I could not find any user with the name avag.

If entering your confirmation code resulted in an error it is possible that the e-mail address never were confirmed, and if that is the case the system wouldn't have created the account.

If you think there's a possibility that the user name is something else we can check through domain as well, but if you are sure that avag was the user name it looks as you need to go through sign-ups again, sorry for the inconvenience.
