The cPanel account username associated with your forum account is mel81583, which is different than the cPanel username you specified. However, because modmelissa is not a valid cPanel username, I'm going to assume that you typed in your forum username instead of your cPanel username.

Once an account manager sees this thread, they will be able to terminate your account.
