cPanel username: bloxterr (I think that's the name) (The domain is bloxterria.x10.mx)

(X) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

If you could delete is asap, that would be great. When I signed up I didn't realize that the domain (bloxterria.x10.mx) would be set for life. I would like to change the name to something a bit more universal.

How long does it usually take to get a response from a forum admin/operator/mod? I really want to start using the the awesome service that x10hosting provides again.

You would have to make a request for immediate deletion to get any sort of priority. The standard procedure is just to manually suspend the account and let the system terminate it (which takes AT LEAST 14 days).

How would I go ahead and make an immediate deletion request? I really want to create a new account. Could I switch the email account that my account is registered under and then use my main email to create a new account? Or is such an action a violation of x10hosting's terms of service?

Seems to be saying that the email address you entered is not of proper format.

Seems to be saying that the email address you entered is not of proper format.

This is all so hard. I tried to change my email address to both a @live.com and @me.com account. Each time I got a confirmation email like the one below. None of the links work. http://prntscr.com/1cityv

All I want is to get a new account with my preferred email address (that is currently tied down to this account) with a different website/username. Why is this so difficult? I love this host for so many reasons... but this is just absurd.

Copy & paste the url into the address bar instead of clicking on the link.

Okay, now I see what the problem is. I thought you had edited the bolded part of the URL https://x10hosting.com/sso/confirm/{{{at_id}}} to hide sensative info. I see that it is how the system is sending out the URL and the { and } are illegal characters.

Will try to get an admin on it.

First of all, I'm guessing you would still want the hosting terminated with immediate effect, and want to create a new account, right?

Just confirm here and I'll hit terminate.

If that's the case I'd recommend that you sign up for a new account while being logged into the portal, otherwise you'll technically have two client accounts, and two forum accounts.

The issue with the email confirmation link for your account has been resolved.

Sorry about not getting back here sooner. I appreciate the relatively quick response! Anna, do you mean logging out of this account and then just creating a new one? Like I mentioned earlier, it would be nice to use the email address that is currently affiliated with my current account with a new account. I think it would be easier if you guys terminate this account. Then I can just create a brand new one. Is this a good approach?

Your current hosting account has been terminated, please sign up for the new one while still logged into your account portal so that your email and forum would remain the same.
Only the actual hosting (cPanel) account is actually terminated, not the forum- and client accounts.

I just tried to create a new account. Unfortunately it is not allowing me to do so. It says that I already created an account today and that I should try again later. How long does this limit usually last? Can you try to remove it for me? Thank you so much.

Usually it is a 24 hour window before you can signup for a second account. I have cleared the IP you are currently posting from though so you should be able to sign up now.

Yeah, it still is showing the same message. I can wait until the 24 hour limit is over. I appreciate the help you've given me a lot though!

Yeah, the account would have been created nicely, but the server has a bit of an issue with free space. Server techs has been pinged to sort it out.
