how long it takes to be terminated?

A minimum of 14 days before it marks you as eligible for termination, and then however long the system decides to take to catch up to your account in the queue.

Given your original suspension date, no sooner than november 30th, and the possibility of longer is extremely likely.

i also want to know if the forum account and x10hosting account will be deleted too? or it's just the web server account?

forum account will remain, only the hosting account, which would be the same as webserver account, will be terminated.
