Account disabled

My account seems to be disabled - I cannot log on, and my website is not loading. The account name is mthames, and the website is mthamesphotography.com.

It seems that you no longer have a hosting account. It may have been deleted if you were inactive for an extended period of time. You may sign up for a new account at any time if you wish. If you can remember your CPanel user ID, I can attempt to see if your account still exists anywhere on the server but 99.9% of the time, the account has simply been terminated irrevocably by the automated system and I will be unable to recover anything from it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I checked our termination reports, and I found an account with the name mthames that was terminated on October 10th.

As mentioned, you can sign up for a new account if you wish.

I am afraid I misunderstood the conditions for keeping one's account active. I understood that one has to log into the forums at least once every two weeks, which I thought I was doing. Was there something else I was supposed to be doing? I obviously hope to avoid having my account terminated again.

Hi,

The rule has changed, it's 31 days now. The 31 days is the maximum time between each login. So, logging in at the start of a month and the end of the next will be too far apart. However, to make sure that the system picks up your visit, stay a few minutes, and click on a few forums. A good idea would be to view the news & announcement thread to see changes that were made to x10.

Or just browse a bit; both ways make absolutely sure the inactivity system has seen you log back on

Quick note, the suspension that lead up to termination could have been something other then inactivity, it is always wise to check the site it self once in a while as well.
