Hi x10hosting team,

Can you please check my login?

I am able to log into https://x10hosting.com/panel, but when tried to log into : hosting control panel, I got an error message to say my account is disabled.

domain : yanbobby.com

Sorry, still could not be able to log into Hosting Control Panel.
I tried to use user name : tkibimtn, from url https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login/.

But I got account disabled info and this url: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login/account-disabled

The service for tkibimtn @x10 is active. The issue is to log into Hosting Control Panel through this active service account. Can you please help here?

I just want to log into the system, to export my Wordpress out.

The domain is not pointed to x10 at this time which is why it was still loading up.
The service was, on DA level, still suspended likely due to an unsuspension failing to go through all the way, I have now corrected this.
