I get the following when I try to log into my account...forum access is ok.

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

I am using the forum acct so I assume my hosting was removed, I log into my acct almost daily as I open multiple tabs when I start my browser.

as far as I know, it's the forum login details "stopgap"

The account stopgap were terminated on October 10th 2009 after being suspended for more then 10 days.

You may sign up for a new account if you wish.

Note that to keep the account active you must login to the forums (here). Logins to cPanel or account panel does not reset the timer.

but I have configured FFox to open 2 tabs...one is my google home page the other is here so there is no way I wasn't logged in for more than 2 days never mind 10

When you had it auto open did you check that it actually did log each time?
Also visits shorter then 30 seconds (limit might even be a couple minutes) are probably not logged at all due to how the script works.

The tab is open for hours at a time...never mind, I had a backup on my PC so transferred to my own server.
