Your account may have been deleted due to inactivity.
We require that you login to your Account Portal every 30 days.
If your account is suspended for inactivity you can unsuspend it from within your Account Portal, but if you do not do this we delete it from the systems normally within a matter of weeks.
Since your account has been terminated, you are free to create a new one and restore any backups you may have.
This does not apply to Prime, Premium and VPS plans.
