Hi,

my cpanel name is youvis
my site is youvis.pcriot.com
I have a add free account
but now i have 4 problems,

1.I am not able to access my account panel as it keeps asking me sign into ad enhanced account
2.my website is down.
3.I cannot access my Cpanel
4. has my website data gone..

Hey, i tried the domain: http://youvis.pcriot.com. It seems that it is avaliable, if this domain worked before, there may have been an internal server error that caused it to be deleted, or if it was an inactive account, it may have been deleted last night when Corey fixed up the server, what i would suggest is make a new account, and if you have any problems making a new account because it says you already own one, then make a post about your account being deleted and you are unable to make a new one, i would hope that you also had backups of your website on your computer, then you can upload it again when you have a new account, if you are looking for a reason why it was deleted, maybe you could wait for an admin to reply, and they may have more information on it.
