Can member of staff please tell me why my account has been surspended please



If there is a problem with my site or content please tell me and i will have it fixed asap at the moment the site is still heavly under design and not been released to public just yet as its still in beta test and i have got to add your hosting ad's when the final design is published this week if there any other problems please let me know thanks Innocence​

what do you mean what has casued that to happen i have just paid for a online download for a program i uploaded called amember could that have done it its a php login program for my site

I'm ever so sorry Ive just been ripped off

and know Ive lost all my work Ive been back to the site i got it from i did not realise at the start when i paid for it it was a copy

Ive been to there site and read a bit more instead of rushing and found out they sell copies of software and do not except any responsibility for the downloads

so they just got £20 off me and all my card details is there any way i can this can be fixed my missus is on the phone to bank get card stopped

i there any way X10hosting would please forgive me and i will only upload software from genuine software dispubuters

This is a file hosting website. Which require membership to download files. Means you did not pay for the script.

Hence your script is nulled/cracked. as I told you above your account is permanently suspended and will be terminated after 10 days. You can signup again after termination of this account for a clean start.

I did because i just paid tojoin the web site so i can downloaded it did not know it was going to give me a cracked peacie of software if that was the case i would of never of uploaded it

Can someone just not delete the the program folder i installed called amember just i made no backup of my forum or web page im going to lose about 2 weeks worth of work and even worse i ment to be showing to a custmer this afternoon

That is not possible. You have to wait for termination of your current Account then you can signup again.

Thanks But i think little bit more could of been done ive just lost shed loads of work and i did not even get a warning well shame because of this happning i would never use x10hosting every again and because i cannot show the custmer his site today i hope he still pays me shame because if my meeting went well today i would of paid for a sever but as i have had nothing but bad thing since ive been using x10hosting i will never use for any of my site or any of my custmers site which is around 150 web site a year so big shame but x10hosting could of made a nice revenue from me and my custmers

It is always your responsibility to know what you upload, as it is your responsibility to keep backups of data you feel is important.

In all honesty, we don't want user that break the TOS by uploading illegal content, so it's just fine if you go elsewhere.
