Hi Anna,

Understood that there is a transfer going on and to feed back the error I am encountering. Below is the error message. What must I do now and will this be rectified in time? Thanks.

When I go to my x10hosting site. It shows the below message.
This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.

I'm unable to log in into cPanel as well.

Your account should be good to go.

However, cPanel is not the option any longer. Your account has been migrated over to a new server with DirectAdmin on it.
