I don't get what's up with these "inactivity" messages, saying that my account will be suspended. It tells me that I must log in at least once per month in order to keep my account active. I DO LOG IN -- and yet, three days after I log in, I get another message telling me that my account has been suspended. Is there something special I'm supposed to do while I'm logged in to keep the account active? I'm not going to go in and change my page routinely. This was set up as a class project, so there isn't a lot of new content.

You need to login at: https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login is that where you been logging in? You don't need to do anything once logged in.
