Account formayd has been suspended incorrectly due to "no site". A complete webpage has been up and running since August 9, 2008, so the suspension reason is illogical... Moreover, no violation of the Terms Of Service has occurred. For the above reasons, I demand an immediate unsuspension.

Does the domain you list as your main domain in your account panel have any content? If you are using an external domain as an addon domain, make sure your x10 subdomain redirects to the external domain. If you din't set up as such, then whoever was reviewing your site will have gone onto your X10 subdomain, found nothing, and not realised you had an external domain with content. If you are using your X10 subdomain though then the supension is truly mysterious.

Hello,

This suspension usually means that account reviewers where not able to find a webpage at the root of your primary domain. If you are using a parked/addon domain, simply include a index page at the root of your public_html folder redirecting to the valid website.

Thanks to both...

After reading the above comments, in order resolve this issue an unsuspension is required for me to check the index... I would appreciate an account manager could help me.

Your account has now been unsuspended.

I checked and I'm rather puzzled it was suspended in the first place as I can clearly see that there's a site on your main domain.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
