May I ask why am I getting this response while completing my registration. I do not remember doing anything wrong to get this message.. is there any other remedy? Thanks..

It's not personal, but a larger portion of your fellow countrymen have in the past abused the service.

As things stand right now, there's no way to get an account for you, the list of blocked countries may change over time and allow your country at a later point, there's no guarantee though for that.

The block does not apply to premium hosting.

well I guess rules is rules.. but what my countrymen do does not reflect the deeds of all... its unfortunate to know that what others do negates the good some of us do.. i do wish you could be able to create filters to detect and ban users not following the TOS and not block all of us

if it had only been a few that abused the service, then that would be a possible way to do it, but when the abusive users are far more then the ones that play nice, there's simply to much of a cost to clear off the abusers.

More often then not they cause problems that are costly to solve by getting our servers blacklisted on various places, causing trouble for ALL users on that server when sending e-mails as an example.
