Account is completely missing

Today I tried to access my site (easarchives.elementfx.com) and noticed that the domain was no longer existent. When I tried to log onto cPanel, I was told that my account had been removed, and I was no longer able to access my files. I was also unable to log on through FTP. When I tried to create another account, I saw that the username was changed from "easarchi" to "easarch2". Can my account be restored? Can I at least get my files and an export of my database? I'm unable to find my local backup.
