CAn oyu login to Cpanel? Becuase if you can thats good and there should be nothing in it as he made you a new account.. You'll have to set up all your information.

but he was saposed to put in the backup that was made during thanksgiving holiday.

And no, we're not able to login to cpanel. Can we by chance get it reset? We've tried the built in feature but that never sends the emails.
