Also, are you sure there aren't any firewalls/routers/proxies/etc that could be prohibiting access to cPanel/FTP? Many workplaces and schools do this.

I can't access the site via FTP on two different computers, and I have not changed settings on either nor on the router. I also cannot access the CPanel. I also cannot access theguerrilla.x10.mx
Can you access theguerrilla.x10.mx? I'm getting told by websitedown.info that it is up.
If you can't access it, then it's something on x10's end I would assume.
Is it possible not to have access to the Cpanel if there is something on my site preventing me to access my site? I wouldn't think things on my site would effect the Cpanel of x10. I would think there is something on x10's end preventing me access.

I can't submit a ticket becuase I can't access the Access Panel, and the chat is coming up in error as password error or something. Could I get some official help please? I think there is something wrong in the x10 database.

I fixed the issue. I changed my IP.
But now the question is.... why is my old IP banned from x10hosting access panel and my own FTP and server?
I did notice one change that I don't think I implemented in my htaccess file which may have something to do with it:
RewriteRule .* - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{HTTP:Authorization}]
What does that mean?
