While I understand you deleting inactive accounts, I have been trying to make a new account and it won't create one for me.

As in, it tells me I have an account, it tells me to login when I try to make a new website.

I would like all my old stuff back, but I would be happy to get a new website to use again.

Please correct this issue so I may continue to use your service.

Hi,

Unfortunately it is probable that your account has been fully terminated, which means that the files can't be recovered. You can recreate a new account by signing in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login with your email address and password. You will then have the option to create a new account from there. :)

I don't need to create a new account.
I would like to continue to use this account, just create a new website. Which it won't let me. It keeps me in this loop of, sign up for an account, pick a website name, login, sign in for an account, I cannot create a website

This is what happens...I click on create a new account, put in my website name, use my email address and it tells me I have an account, I sign in, I get to the Check here if you agree/read the ToS and click the button to continue. When I click the button to continue, it just sits there, and sits there, I get no where.

Hello? Can anyone fix this? It is still hanging up at the ToS acceptance screen!
