Account Issues

When I log into my account it tells me that my account has removed, suspended or whatever and tells me that I can create a new account and use my old email so I don't create a second account.

I go and do that and it lets me know that I have an account already and I log into and then it takes me back to the same screen it did in the first place telling me the same information.

Is there any way I can get my account removed completely so I can sign up again?

You should be able to sign up with the old email, you just need to be logged into the client account first.

After I try to sign up with my old address it tells me I have an account and then I log in through to login modal but it doesn't send me anywhere. After that I click sign in at the top and it brings me to this page.

I tried to submit the link for image but it came in broken. It is a Google Drive link so there isn't anything bad in it.
