Hi, my username is ipullin, and my domain is pixel.x10.bz
I have 2 sites hosted from my account:
in 2 directories:
  • /public_html/clipperland/
  • /public_html/carols/

The files in those directories are all missing, due to the migration.
And my email accounts are also missing (except the default 'ipullin' one).
Also, my cPanel has a lot more features (like Backups & SSH) and info (CPU Usage) than usual. Is that a new thing, or a bad thing?

Thanks for the support.

minipulin62, the migrations have caused minor problems, they are working hard on fixing this.

Hi,
My problem still exists, and just keeping the post active, so it doesn't get lost.

Thanks.

I've restored your files.

Please remove the excessive amount of backups you have.

Yes I will. They would be caused by a previous issue I had where when I performed a large backup in magento (an online store framework), it would take ages and never finish. This would then cause my whole site to change permissions to 403 forbidden.. Something I brought up in a thread a while ago, but ended up assuming it was too heavy a task for the servers, or I had reached a resource limit.

Anyway, I will remove most of the backups.

Thanks heaps, I know this has been a crazy few days (or weeks).

Hang on... I guess I should have checked my site before replying, but according to my file manager, I now have nothing whatsoever in my public_html directory, or I don't have access...? And going to my sites gives me 403 forbidden.
