Account not created after 2 hours

I registered my account two hours ago. It still says it is being created and its status is "unknown". What does this mean? I read that if my account was not created within 30 minutes I should open a support ticket.

Alright, thanks. I figured it was something like that, but when I found the article that said half an hour I was wondering.

Please try logging in to the cPanel again with the information you used to register for your hosting account.
