Hi. I signed up for your free web hosting service and my account has not been created yet. It's only been about 45 minutes, but the troubleshooting link said to open a support ticket if it has not been done after a half hour. My que id # is WELALGBALZD3

lately there's been a few accounts waiting more then 30 minutes. The cause can be a few different things, but most likely because there's many sign-ups in the queue already.

Did you get the e-mail asking you to confirm the e-mail address, and did you in that case confirm it?
