account on fris not working

Can't access the account panel or web mail for our account - says that it can't find the server fris. I got the impression that accounts were supposed to be moved etc automatically. At the moment I haven't had email for over a week...

Hello,

Fris is no longer an server with us.

It does sadly look like your account was not moved over, which means we'll need to re-create the account and look for and restore your files from our backup. Currently, due to the backend not yet being fully synced I can not re-create the account as the system thinks the user name and domain is in use. I'll get to it as soon as the sync is completed.

If you have your own personal backup, that might be a faster option though
