Account Panel reports PHP version 1 - basic

i know that all free accounts have had their php auto-upgraded to v3, but my Account Panel still reports v1. Fix please.

all accounts have what is equal to php v2.

The versioning system is not active, so it doesn't really matter what it says in account panel, there's only one version currently.
