Account Panel says I do not have hosting after server migration

Dear x10hosting Team,

I am currently unable to access my website hosting options on my account panel and I get the following message:
Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.​
My account was suspended for inactivity around the time of the server migration, but, with the help of a member of your team, I was able to unsuspend my account and regain access to my files/cPanel on Boru and my website is back online.
I was then told the account would re-synch itself automatically with the new server information, but now I get the above message and cannot, for example, change the password or other related settings.
The only thing listed on my account panel is my forum account, which is active, but that's it. It's been like that for about a month now, so I'm at a loss as to what to do.

My account id is: MMP1016992

I originally posted this message back in September, but received no reply and my account is still experiencing this problem.

Do you have your old cPanel username?

Some of the accounts that were manually moved because they were suspended during the migration were terminated by a bug in the system. It would seem yours might be one of them.

There are no backups.

Hum. That doesn't sound very reassuring.
Surely something can be done.
I find it hard to believe that it got terminated due to a bug, there are no backups and that's it.
As I said, my site is still up. It's just my account admin panel that insists I'm not registered for any hosting services.

The site is still active? Now that's interesting cause that'd indicate there -is- an account for it at some point.

What's the url you're using to access it, we'll see if we can use that to find it?

That domain name is not in x10hosting's system.

It is currently hosted somewhere else, apparently namesco .

martakaras.x10hosting.com is the URL that actually contains the content . Next time, try to include that information.

It does seem to be functioning, but does not show up on JM . Trace shows the files are on Boru.

The account does indeed exist on the actual server, but seem to have lost its link to your account panel (account ID).

I'll escalate this one, it needs some special treatment.

Any joy?
I can't access my website anymore.
It's now telling me that the account has been suspended:

Your Hosting Account is Suspended
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com


But I can't find any information on the account management panel as, according to it, I have no hosting services.

Help?

I have unsuspended the account, and sent yet another reminder to the only one that can make the changes directly in the backend.

I'm sorry to bother you again with this, but my account panel still says I have no hosting services and my website has been suspended again.

Unsuspended.

Suggestion: Log into cPanel. Make backup of all files and databases and download them.

Open a Free Hosting Account through this Forum Account. Upload the files and create databases, etc.

Set you uk domain name to forward to your new x10hosting domain.
