account password issue

Hello,

I am unable to access my x10Hosting hosting account (kasc02) as it has rejected the word "test" in the password.
Please can you advise as to how to reset this.

You'll probably need to go through sign ups again, as there's no record of the account in the system.

If you run into any problems doing that please post back.

Thanks for the reply.
I tries to sign up again, but I get the error message "The email address you have supplied is not available".
I've had a couple of issues (my own fault) in signing up as I've used email accounts I either cannot access or that I have typoed on.
Ideally I'd like to be able to start from scratch again. Would it be possible to delete the following accounts in both hosting & forum (and associated email addresses) -
kasc01
kasc02 (this account)
and link the account kasctest with the email address currently used for account kasc02.
Alternatively if you can delete all 3 accounts & email addresses from your system I'll start the whole process all over again.

Hi kasc02,

Forum accounts cannot be deleted. Also, note that each individual can have only one forum account, so I highly recommend that you abandon all but one of your forum accounts so you don't get all of them banned for possessing multiple forum accounts.

As for your sign-up issue, I will escalate this ticket to an account manager so someone can remove your email address from our system so you can sign up for a new hosting account. Please click on the colored bar at the top of this page to be taken to your newly escalated private ticket that you can access by entering your forum credentials. Use that interface to let our account managers know what email address you would like removed from our system.
